Are you searching for a church family to belong to?

Perhaps you have plateaued spiritually and are looking for a ministry to help you grow and mature in your faith

Here are a few pointers to think about:

Do you feel as if there is a void in your soul that nothing can fill?

We were created from the breath of God and created for fellowship with Him.
When this fellowship is broken, there is only one thing that can fill in the emptiness.

It’s not a relationship with another human being, it is not alcohol, drugs, habits or hobbies.
We need to return to fellowship with the Lord Jesus Christ through the agency of the Holy Spirit.
This is how to fill the void. It is referred to as being born again.

Are you born again?

We were all born into a sinful nature, which is why doing the wrong thing comes naturally to us.
The Lord Jesus made a way back to God the Father by being the atonement for our sins and paying the price of death which we couldn’t pay ourselves.

He was the once and for all sacrifice, so that we never need to make another sacrifice in search of forgiveness from God.
Accepting this gift of forgiveness and reconciliation gives us another chance; a new birth and a new beginning. This is why it is referred to as being born again.

To be born again, you need to believe in your heart that Jesus is Lord and confess with your mouth that He died to save you and has forgiven you of your sins. All that is required of you is faith that He has done it all for you.

Have you received the baptism of the Holy Spirit evidenced by speaking in other tongues?

Just like your salvation, the gift of tongues is a gift of the Holy Spirit that needs nothing but faith to activate it.

It involves making utterances in prayers that are not based on your normal speech or language.
It is the spiritual language of heaven that enables you to bypass any other realm and pray in alignment with the Spirit of the Lord.

Do you have a homechurch you belong to?

The Bible tells us not to neglect the gathering together of the saints.

It is in this place of agreement that we can participate in a corporate anointing and blessing.
Everyone is called to a Church the same way you are born into a family.

Wandering without a church leaves you at the risk of spiritual isolation and vulnerability.

If you are born again, have you been on a discipleship program?

Discipleship is the first step to spiritual maturity.
It is how we learn to work out our salvation, and overcome the flesh in our quest for a spirit led and purpose driven life.

Do you know and practice the fundamentals of the Christian faith?

The markings of a Christian are in Prayer, study of God’s Word, fasting, giving, and living a life of holiness.
These are all made possible by the enabling grace and power of the Holy Spirit.

Do you know your spiritual gifts?

There are 9 gifts of the Holy Spirit – the word of wisdom, the word of knowledge, faith, healing, working of miracles, prophecy, discerning of spirits; divers kinds of tongues, the interpretation of tongues.

These are gifts given by the Holy Spirit to believers to profit the Body of Christ.
It is in all of us exercising our spiritual gifts that we can see the benefit to the Church of Jesus Christ as a whole.

Are you aware of your prophetic calling and purpose? Are you actively in pursuit of its fulfilment?

Every one of us was sent to the earth with a mandate to fulfill to our families, communities, tribes, nation, institutions, race, generation and the Body of Christ in general.
Prophecy carries the strategy to fulfill our destiny. Being prophetically minded eradicates the problem of a wasted life.

Would you consider yourself in need of deliverance or struggling with spiritual battles?

Spiritual Warfare is a reality for every soul on earth. It seems intensified for the believer because your salvation is an outright declaration of enmity between Satan and yourself. However, it is more important to be aware of your victory in Jesus Christ. Furthermore, it is important to be equipped to go into the battle and come out with spoil.
